The shop will be open tomorrow (Sat 20/1 & then Sat 27/1) - 10am until 4pm. Have been busy of late making Mint Sauce, doing PYO fruit from Roxburgh and preserving apricots and making fresh apricot jam. I have a limited supply of preserved Moorpark apricots in the Agee preserving jar (small & large), made with syrup (1 cup sugar to 2 cups water, just the right amount of sweetness). If you have a clean Agee jar to swap then the price for a small jar is $8, without a small jar then the price is $10 (swap large jar $15 or without a jar $18). You cannot buy apricots like this in a Supermarket. Also will be making some fresh Upside-down Apricot Muffins for tomorrow. I will have some fresh free-range eggs for sale ($6 per dozen)
